Residential Lease Application

Welcome to 2650Stanford, We are happy that you have decided to explore your options with us. We look forward to you becoming a member of our community.

- Fill out and scan a lease application to  2605@2605stanford.com  

- Pay a $50 non-refundable application fee via paypal, down below.

- Application will be reviewed. We will also run a tenant screening report, which will tell us your credit score and rental history. Please note that your authorization is needed before we run this report.

- Once the report from the tenant screening has been received, we will contact you with  a decision.

- If you are approved, please note that deposit is due upon signing your lease.
